Refund Processing and Timeframe
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
Approved refunds are processed immediately.
It takes exactly 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, or digital wallet), depending on your financial institution's processing procedures.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping fees for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, if the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or completely incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
