1. Delivery Timelines & Daily Cutoff

Our core operational schedule operates under the following criteria:

Daily Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM (14:00) Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00)

Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Standard Transit Time: 7 to 15 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Total Expected Delivery: 8 to 18 Business Days

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).

2. Tracking Your Parcel

The moment your package leaves our logistics center, an automated email will be sent to you with a dedicated tracking number and a link to monitor your cargo.

Please allow a standard 24–48 hour window for information to update on the carrier network.

3. Address Accuracy & Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to review their delivery address for complete accuracy before checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@dhfdfsg.us.

We cannot adjust addresses or redirect cargo once handling starts or the package is handed over to the carrier.

4. Delayed or Damaged Packages

While most shipments arrive within 8–18 business days, rare global bottlenecks, severe weather, or customs reviews can cause delays.

If your package faces a prolonged delay, we will assist you.

Should your order arrive with transport damage, please take pictures of the box and items, and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
